You are paid off (redeemed) during the redemption period, in that case you will receive your principal back plus interest of a minimum of 5% to 18% guaranteed by the local government.  Or B.  You receive a tax deed  to the property which was secured by the lien.

3. A tax lien usually only costs 10% of a properties fair market value.

2.  We will represent you at the auction.

3.  Prior to an auction, our experienced purchasing department evaluates and researches the property, as we have real estate expert who conduct the evaluation.

HOW DOES THIS WORK? 

1.  Prior to an auction, you execute our Indepndent contractor agreement.

2.  You provide a cashier check to the County Tax Collector along with your W-9 Tax form.  We bid on your behalf and purchase tax liens in YOUR NAME, REGISTERED TO YOU,  just as if you were there.

3.  Redemption monies, when a lien is redeemed, go directly from the Country Treasurer to you, NEVER TO ZZ & GG LLC.

4.  Some tax liens may be purchased directly from the lien holder.
